NK+P evolved from a successful quantity surveying firm established in 1973. The NK+P name was created in 1996 when Brian Kerr took over directorship of the practice run
by Clive Davies and Denys Nelson.

Since 2005, the firm has operated under the highly capable directorship of Stephen Kerr, Murray Hamilton, Jamin Crawley and Brian Kerr
