Tender Documentation, Assessment and Recommendations:

From the tender drawings and documentation supplied, Newton Kerr + Partners measure and produce Bills of Quantities in accordance with the Australian Standard
Method of Measurement for issuing to the tenderers.

These Bills of Quantities will ensure that a competitive
and equal tendering base is established, producing
a more reliable and competitive tender. From this same documentation, we prepare a pre-tender construction
cost estimate before tenders close.

We then review the tenders received, and comment
on any inclusions and exclusions in each individual tender
which may affect the final completed construction cost
or contract construction time.

We then prepare reports comparing the tenders,
and listing the pros and cons of each tender.

We assess the value of each tender, reporting on the inclusions and exclusions so that an equal comparison
can be made.
