NK+P provided staged cost planning for schematic, design development and pre-tender estimates for the two level, 507-seat performing arts complex across 2,500m2.

The spaces of the project have been organised to provide a link between the town centre, and the civic precinct of Wangaratta. The new centre provides for a wide range of community uses and serves as the new focal point in the city.
